The big round circle at the top and toward the left is the head, and I think the dangly things to the right and a little lower are the legs. Or the arms. The tech said the baby was all curled up--like arms and legs were pretty much in the same place, down below the belly.
So it's sideways--head left, limbs right. And the baby itself is just at the top of the picture. I think it's resting sideways on the placenta; that is, I think the placenta is the big hill-like thing taking up most of the image. The more I look at it, the more it looks like some Greek god on a divan holding some grapes mouth-ward.
But in truth, the only thing I know for sure is that the obviously circular thing toward the top left is the head.
